1. Upcoming Events

   1. Future event Ideas - Kelly S

      1. RAGBRAI is coming through the Amana Colonies/Oxford on July 28th 10-6.

2. Items to cover how many?

3. Bananas $1, Pickles on a Stick $1, Water $1, Electrolyte Water $2, Gatorade $2, Trail Mix $2, Granola Bars $1.

4. Baked Goods - Pam Wagner?

   1. RAGBRAI stop is in Oxford on Main street.

   2. Can we have students singing/playing music?

      1. This might be hard to do.

   3. Since they will also be going through Amana, they will probably be handling the baked goods. We should focus on the things we can sell later.

   4. We’ll set serving 3500 people as our goal.

   5. No objections or comments about the offerings and prices.

   6. Consensus is to not do baked goods and just focus on pre-packaged food.

   7. We’ll need to have a banner to display.

   8. Could we use one of the CCA trailers?

      1. Suz might have a trailer that we can use if it isnt sold.

   9. Reach out to athletic boosters & partner if they’re going to be there?

   10. Do 2 hour shifts for volunteers?

       1. 2-3 people on pickles

       2. 2-3 people on drinks

       3. 2-3 people on trail mix & granola bars

   11. Start socializing this on FaceBook

   12. Quanda will start a sign up

5. Karaoke Night? Pair with a date night?

   1. On Stage (in the auditorium?)

   2. Commons for younger kids to watch a movie

6. Date Night/Holiday Shopping?

   1. Face painting, movies, concessions, games, inflatables, etc

   2. Could do holiday crafts if around the holidays. (Lindsey)

   3. For holiday shopping, if parents would be heading to Coral Ridge Mall, TE or OH would be on the way for CCE and Amana kids. (Kelly)

7. Summer-ish Carnival?

   1. Face painting, Dunk Tank, Inflatables, etc.

   2. The process would be the same. We need to ensure we’re not interrupting summer schedules for grounds work and other maintenance work.

   3. Summer 2023 might be too soon. Look at this for summer 2024.

   4. Would the bigger thrill be doing something at the high school? Could this draw kids from all over the district? (Lindsey)

8. Concessions (university of iowa and xtream arena)

   1. Concession stands that serve alcohol, everyone must be over 16.

   2. Need 12 people to work the concession stand.

      1. If they have to find help, we lose a %.

9. Tidal Wave car wash has a digital fundraiser.

10. 365 Nutrition - fundraiser for show choir (Suz)

    1. Suz and Lily will coordinate this.

    2. Will target a Sunday in the summer.

    3. Have the kids do some promoting on social media.

11. District Needs

    1. Old - Marching Band Trailer Wrap

       1. John has been working on alternate quotes.

       2. Can we put a logo, or something, on the trailer to acknowledge FAME’s contribution.

          1. Add the FAME logo w/ the QR code?

          2. Or have: provided by CCA FAME & the logo, but no QR code since that will link out to the website.

       3. Kurt will follow-up on the logo, the design, and to make a plug for FAME adding our logo.

       4. CCA FAME is now an affiliate group of the school district.

    2. New - Marching Band Trailer

       1. District to cover Trailer Cost

       2. FAME to cover wrap and accessories

    3. PAC Upgrades -

       1. Quanda to reach out to Kael and get an update.

       2. Still looking for a commemoration opportunity

12. Family Memberships

    1. $50 for Individual

    2. Tiers to be set up - SWAG in progress - Targeting 2023/2024 School Year

13. Business Memberships

    2. Need help to reach out to other businesses.

    3. $500.

14. Swag for Tiers

    1. Lapel Pin - very inexpensive, base-level membership, easy to wear at events

    3. Yard Sign

       1. We have information on the manf, working on getting a sample made.

15. There is a meeting to discuss Monster Band and where it can be held.

16. Mattress Sale - We raised $4500. We lost a pretty big sale after the event was done.

17. Steel Pan - the board decided to not have the Steel Pan this year. We are possibly interested in it for next year. Perhaps the Chimes choir will be able to perform during the Steel Pan.
